I haven't posted favorite finds in a while, but this is not because there aren't great ideas out there! So many things to try, so little time. I keep thinking, "Oh, when summer break is here, I will have time to do that." I think my list is already longer than my break! I am really excited about these cookie recipes. I don't think they can wait for summer break and hope to make them today or sometime this weekend. I have lots of ripe bananas right now, so a perfect opportunity to use them. As is the case for all of my "favorite finds," none of these pictures or recipes are mine. To find the recipe and original source of each photo, simply click on the recipe picture.
I also wanted to remind you that today is the last day to enter the coconut oil giveaway. If you have been wanting to try coconut oil, this is the perfect opportunity to give it a try. I didn't heavily advertise this giveaway outside of this blog because I really wanted a faithful reader who is truly interested in this product to win. You won't find thousands or even hundreds who have entered, so your chances of winning are much greater than many other giveaways. I wish all of you could win!
Breakfast Cookie www.wisebread.com
What is better than having a cookie for breakfast? Having a healthy cookie with no oil or flour. I can't wait to try these yummy looking treats.
Skinny Monkey Cookies onceamonthmom.com
This cookie has similar ingredients as the above breakfast cookie with the addition of peanut butter and chocolate. How could you go wrong with these 47 calorie cookies? Ok let's be real, 3 cookies is just under 150 calories. If I eat more than that I can't blame the recipe!
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries www.thegirlwhoateeverthing.com
These little strawberry cheesecakes look not only delicious, but adorable. These would be so much fun for a wedding shower or other special brunch.

thanks for the coconut oil giveaway reminder! didn't have time to enter when i scanned the original post, but June 1st came fast........really wanted to enter, so i'm very thankful for the reminder!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you entered!
DeleteI pinned that recipe in hopes to try it. Let me know what you think!
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to remember which one I pinned from your board. I tried both cookie recipes this morning. I added a couple of packets of stevia in addition to the tablespoon of sugar in the breakfast cookies and I thought they were good. They are not rich like a cookie, but tasty. I decided to try the skinny monkey cookies as is, but I think they need a little bit of sweetener. It didn't call for any kind of sugar/sweetener. I may try those again with a little sweetness added. I have not yet tried the strawberries. :)
DeleteThanks for the find!
I want to try those strawberries so badly! I also saved a yogurt and granola stuffed strawberries recipe too ;)
