Menu Plan for the Week of April 30

This past week some unexpected things came up so I strayed from my menu plan a little. David's Birthday meals, however, were just as requested. This week if the weather is nice, we hope to have a garage sale on Thursday. Having a garage sale will make for a busy week, but I have most of my "treasures" collected and about a third priced. I am excited to be having the sale with some good friends.

Considering the weather, I planned soup for Monday as it is supposed to be cold and rainy. It looks like we will have nice, warm weather the remainder of the week. The current Thursday forecast looks perfect for a garage sale.
